This Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures in compliance with Federal Decree-Law No. 15/2020 on Consumer Protection (as amended), relevant UAE consumer laws, and e-commerce regulations.

This policy applies to purchases made through our website(s) or online platforms.

1. Returns – General Policy

Due to the nature of our products (health supplements, vitamins, and nutritional items), returns are limited for hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons. We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
    • If the product is received damaged, defective (e.g., manufacturing fault, expired, or not as described), or incorrect (wrong item shipped), you may request a return or replacement.
    • You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order (in line with UAE e-commerce consumer protection guidelines).
    • Proof (photos of damage/seal breakage, order number, and photos of the product/packaging) must be provided via email to online@biotions-uae.com or through our contact form.
  • Change of Mind / Non-Defective Products
    • We do not accept returns for change of mind, as supplements are consumable health products.
    • Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis (e.g., unopened and unused products) at our sole discretion, but no automatic right exists under UAE law for change-of-mind returns on such items.

Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

  • Opened or used supplements/vitamins (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made items (if any).
  • Perishable or time-sensitive goods.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at online@biotions-uae.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).
  2. We will review and approve/deny the request (usually within 2–3 business days).
  3. If approved, ship the product back to our return address (provided upon approval) in original packaging, with all accessories/labels intact.
    • Return shipping costs: Covered by us for defective/incorrect items; borne by you for any discretionary approvals.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection (within 7–10 business days), we process the refund or replacement.

3. Refunds

  • Full refund (product price + original shipping fees, if applicable) for approved defective/damaged/incorrect items.
  • Refunds issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer).
    • Processing time: 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return (depending on your bank/payment provider).
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund via bank transfer.
  • No cash refunds in person; all processed digitally.
  • Shipping fees for returns (if customer-paid) are non-refundable unless we caused the issue.
  • VAT/taxes: Refunded in line with UAE FTA rules if the original transaction included VAT.

4. Cancellations

  • Before shipment: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement (or before dispatch confirmation) by contacting support. Full refund issued.
  • After shipment: No cancellations; treat as a return request under the above policy.

5. Warranty & Defective Products

  • We stand behind product quality. If a product is defective within its stated shelf life (or reasonable warranty period), contact us for replacement or refund.
  • UAE law requires suppliers to remedy defective goods (repair, replace, or refund) – we comply fully.

6. Important Notes

  • All decisions on returns/refunds are at our discretion and subject to inspection.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
  • For any disputes, UAE consumer protection laws apply; you may escalate to the relevant authority (e.g., Dubai Economy or Ministry of Economy).
