At Biotions Trading LLC ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company"), we strive to deliver your health and wellness products quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, costs, and related terms in compliance with UAE e-commerce and consumer protection regulations.

1. Shipping Regions & Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All emirates within the United Arab Emirates (including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah)
  • Select international destinations (check availability at checkout)

We do not ship to PO Boxes or certain restricted areas—please provide a valid physical delivery address.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted local and regional carriers to ensure safe delivery:

  • Within UAE: Aramex, Emirates Post, Fetchr, or other reliable couriers
  • International (where available): Aramex Global, DHL, or FedEx

Shipping method is selected based on your location, order value, and product type for optimal speed and cost.

3. Delivery Timelines (Estimated)

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order is processed and dispatched (usually within 1–2 business days). Actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, customs (international), weather, or peak seasons.

  • UAE Mainland (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, etc.): 1–3 business days
  • Northern Emirates (Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, etc.): 2–4 business days
  • Remote / Island Areas: 3–5 business days
  • International Orders: 5–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Orders placed after 2:00 PM UAE time (+04) or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Delivery destination
  • Selected shipping method
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above AED 500 within the UAE (threshold subject to change—check current promotions).
  • Standard UAE Shipping: AED 15 - 25 (flat rate or weight-based).
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout (customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the recipient’s responsibility).

We do not mark packages as “gifts” or under-declare values to avoid customs issues.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UAE public holidays).
  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking number (where available) once the order leaves our warehouse.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking link/number is provided via email/SMS upon dispatch.
  • Track your package directly on the carrier’s website (e.g., aramex.com, emiratespost.ae).
  • For assistance, contact online@biotions-uae.com with your order number.

7. Delivery & Signature Requirements

  • Deliveries require a signature for high-value or restricted items (at carrier discretion).
  • If no one is available, the carrier may leave a card or attempt redelivery (usually 1–2 attempts).
  • After failed attempts, the package may be returned to us—additional fees may apply for re-shipment.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit: Inspect packages upon delivery. Report damage within 48 hours (photos required) for replacement/refund consideration.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows no progress or delivery failure after 10 business days (UAE) / 21 days (international), contact us—we will file a claim with the carrier.
  • Customs Delays (International): We are not responsible for delays or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.
  • In case of issues, we work diligently to resolve with the carrier and provide updates.

9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

10. Important Notes

  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., carrier issues, customs holds, force majeure).
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where we are at fault (e.g., wrong address provided by us).
